Our Purpose The goal of our preschool is to promote the development of each individual to his/her fullest potential through an educational program permeated with a Christian Spirit and Christian values. We want the children to develop spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially through a Christian atmosphere.

Children Served By The Aquin System Preschool:

Three, four, and five year old children may be enrolled. Children must be three by September 15th.

Length of the Program:

Four and five year old children:
8:30 - 3:00 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
8:30 - 3:00 Tuesday and Thursday
Three year old children:
8:30 - 11:00 Tuesday and Thursday mornings

EACH CLASS ROSTRUM WILL CONSIST OF NO MORE THAN 24 STUDENTS. THE TUESDAY AND THURSDAY AM CLASS WILL CONSIST OF NO MORE THAN 20 STUDENTS.

* Conveniently coincides with Aquin Little Angels Daycare Center located on the Aquin Property.

Admission Procedures:

Policies: Minimum age for admission is three (3) by September 15th. Must be toilet trained and have begun to talk.
Registration: (Complete the following forms)
     1. Registration form
     2. Personal Information form
     3. Medical Consent
     4. Physical Immunization Card
     5. Travel and Activity Authorization and Picture Release
     6. Pick-up Permission Form

The Aquin Preschool Staff holds a license with the Iowa Department of Human Services (DHS), staffing ratios are followed. All staff are certified in CPR, Basic First Aid, Universal Precautions and Mandatory Reporter Training. They also receive continuing education hours in child-related areas on an annual basis.

The Aquin System Preschool will be following Aquin Catholic/Western Dubuque school schedule unless notified differently.
