Demographics

Aquin Catholic Elementary School is an early childhood through eighth grade Catholic School program within the Archdiocese of Dubuque-located in the city of Cascade and shared between Jones and Dubuque counties. In all, our comprehensive programming provides care and services that start at birth and extend into adulthood. 

Our school serves students and families from three counties—Jones, Delaware, and Dubuque.  Our services extend to families in Cascade, Bernard, Monticello, Midland, Peosta and Farley. We currently have approximately 240 students in grades PK-8 including multiple ethnicities and both rural and city residents.  We also have students with exceptional needs and those who qualify for free/reduced lunch, and we are enhancing our English Language Learner programming. Our latchkey, three-year-old preschool and religious education programs serve hundreds of additional students and their families, and our community outreach further increases the number of those served by our school.
